Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website and making purchases, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

1. Order and Sales Contract

Any order placed on our shop constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros, including all taxes (VAT). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, provided that the applicable price will be that in effect at the time of validation of your order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Any reasonable delay in the delivery of products will not give rise to damages or order cancellation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or incur penalties.

5. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold on our shop benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

6. Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls within the jurisdiction of competent French courts.
